Enduring Power of Attorney
From $395 (single) & $695 (couple).
Losing the capacity to make decisions for yourself can be a frightening experience, both for yourself and your loved ones. Protect yourself now by appointing someone you trust to make decisions for you should the worst happen. An Enduring Power of Attorney is an essential part of any proper estate plan and gives you peace of mind that your wishes will be respected and your needs met.
Overview
An Enduring Power of Attorney lets you decide who will make decisions on you behalf in the event you no longer can. You can appoint attorneys to make decisions on personal matters, financial matters or both. Personal decisions include things like consenting to medical treatment and where you live. Financial decisions include how your money is invested. In either case, you are free to limit the power of your attorney(s) or direct them to make particular decisions in certain ways. You can appoint different attorneys for personal and financial matters and have more than one attorney if you wish.
